What kind of warranties or gaurantees do you offer?
We offer a 30 day hardware warranty, but sadly can offer no software warranties. This is due to the ever prevalent risk of virus/malware/spyware infection a user subjects their system to, simply by navigating around on the web.
Do you make service/house calls?
Yes! We can arrange an appointment and come to the location of your system. However, there will be an additional fee on top of the base repair cost. Distance and time are factors as lodging, fuel, and prioritized time is to be considered.
